An immersive 90-minute session offering greater space to explore, process and transform the emotional patterns, life experiences and deeper wounds influencing your present reality. Deep Soul Alignment blends holistic counselling, therapeutic conversation, nervous-system support and intuitive energy healing, allowing us to work across both the conscious and subconscious layers of your experience. Together, we may explore repeating relationship patterns, emotional triggers, unresolved pain, limiting beliefs, trauma responses, inner-child wounds and the protective behaviours that have developed around them. Through compassionate enquiry and deeper therapeutic processing, we begin to understand not only what is happening, but why it continues to arise. The session then integrates Reiki energy healing and may also include chakra balancing, crystal healing, sound, meditation and intuitive guidance, depending on what your mind, body and energetic system need. The extended session length allows more time for emotional exploration, energetic release and gentle integration—supporting you to move beyond surface-level awareness and create meaningful change from within. This session is ideal for those moving through complex emotional experiences, significant life transitions or deeply embedded patterns that require greater time, care and therapeutic depth.
