Children and Teens Healing Sessions with Dani Divine Love
Children and teenagers can carry so much within their developing nervous systems.
Big emotions, busy minds, sensitivity, overwhelm, changes at home or school, friendship difficulties, anxiety, difficulty settling, emotional outbursts or simply the intensity of navigating a world that can sometimes feel like a lot.
A child does not need to have experienced significant trauma or be in crisis to benefit from a healing session.
My Integrative Energy Healing sessions for children and teens offer a gentle, nurturing space designed to support relaxation, grounding, emotional regulation and a greater sense of calm and connection within themselves.
Sessions are individually adapted to the child's age, personality, comfort and needs. Rather than expecting a child to sit still, talk extensively or engage in a particular way, I meet them where they are.
Depending on the child, I may gently incorporate Reiki energy healing, sound, crystals, breathing, mindfulness, grounding practices and other age-appropriate holistic techniques to create an experience that feels safe, engaging and supportive.
When A Healing Session Can Support Your Child...
• emotional overwhelm or difficulty settling
• big emotions or frequent emotional outbursts
• stress or anxiety
• highly active or busy minds
• sensitivity to their environment or the emotions around them
• difficulty winding down and relaxing
• changes within the family, school or friendships
• grief, separation or other challenging experiences
• periods of transition or uncertainty
• difficulty feeling grounded or connected
• a desire for a calm, nurturing space that is entirely their own
I have witnessed beautiful shifts in the children and teenagers I work with — sometimes through greater calm and openness, sometimes through emotional release, and sometimes simply through giving them an experience where they can slow down and reconnect with themselves.
Every child is different, and I don't approach healing with the expectation of a particular outcome. My intention is to create a gentle space that is supports their nervous system regulation, emotional and energetic wellbeing alongside the other forms of care and support present in their life.
Children don't always have the words to explain everything they are feeling.
Sometimes their experience shows itself through their emotions, behaviour, energy or body long before they can articulate what is happening internally.
Healing gives us another way of meeting them.
Not because something is necessarily wrong, but because children, just like adults, can benefit from opportunities to feel grounded, supported and deeply settled within themselves.

Neurodivergence, Sensory Overload & Nervous System Regulation
I welcome children and teenagers with a wide range of needs, personalities and ways of experiencing the world.
For many neurodivergent children — including autistic children, children with ADHD and highly sensitive children — the world can be an incredibly stimulating place.
Sounds, lights, movement, social expectations, school demands, transitions, other people's emotions and the constant need to process information can accumulate throughout the day. A child who has been holding everything together may eventually become overwhelmed, restless, withdrawn, emotional or simply unable to settle.
This is where I see the value of creating space for the nervous system, rather than asking more from the child.
My sessions are intentionally low-demand and responsive. There is no expectation to maintain eye contact, talk about feelings, lie perfectly still or interact in a particular way. The child is given permission to arrive exactly as they are.
Through a combination of Reiki and intuitive energy healing, sound, crystals, gentle breathing, grounding, mindfulness and a calm sensory environment, I create conditions that invite the child to slow down, soften and experience a different internal pace.
For a child who spends much of their day processing, adapting, masking, concentrating or managing overwhelming input, simply experiencing a space in which nothing is being demanded of them can itself be incredibly powerful.
I have worked with neurodivergent children and children experiencing significant emotional dysregulation, and I have witnessed meaningful shifts within and following their sessions — greater calm, emotional release, openness, connection and an increased ability to settle.
Every child responds differently. I don't approach neurodivergence as something that needs to be “fixed,” nor do I promise a particular outcome. The intention is to support the child beneath the overwhelm — giving their body, mind and energy an opportunity to experience safety, stillness and regulation in a way that honours who they are.

When A Child's System Has Been Carrying Too Much
Dysregulation doesn't always look the same.
For one child it may look like restlessness, irritability, emotional outbursts or an inability to switch off. For another it may look like withdrawal, exhaustion, shutting down or becoming unusually quiet.
Children often communicate through their behaviour and bodies long before they have the language to explain what is happening internally.
My work isn't about labelling that response as “bad behaviour.” It is about becoming curious about what may be happening underneath it and creating an environment in which the child can experience less demand, more connection and an opportunity to settle.
This can be particularly meaningful during periods of stress, grief, family separation, school difficulties, major transitions or traumatic experiences, when a child's usual capacity to regulate may already be stretched.

Choose The Right Healing Session
For Your Child Or Teen
Every child is different — and their session doesn't need to look like an adult healing session to be meaningful. Age, attention span, emotional needs, comfort with talking and what they are currently moving through all influence how much time feels right.
For younger children, or those who find it difficult to remain engaged for long periods, a shorter session can be incredibly supportive.
Older children and teenagers may benefit from additional time when they want to talk, process what is happening in their lives or explore the emotions beneath what they are experiencing.
There is no “better” option — simply the session that best meets your child where they are.
Express Child Energy Healing — 30 Minutes
$120 in person | $130 remote
My most popular option for younger children and children with shorter attention spans.
Thirty minutes provides enough time for your child to arrive, become comfortable in the space and receive a focused healing experience without expecting them to sustain attention or stillness for longer than feels natural.
This can be a beautiful option for children experiencing emotional overwhelm, sensory overload, busy or highly active minds, difficulty settling, big emotions, stress or periods of dysregulation.
Ideal for: younger children, neurodivergent children, children with shorter attention spans, or those primarily needing a gentle energetic reset and space to settle.
Child & Teen Healing + Therapeutic Support — 45 Minutes
$150 in person | $160 remote
For older children and teenagers — or children who naturally need more space to talk — this session allows us to combine healing with gentle therapeutic and emotional support. Some children arrive wanting to tell me everything. Others begin talking once they feel comfortable. Some would rather barely talk at all.
I follow their lead.
The additional time allows space for conversation around what may be happening at school, home, within friendships, relationships or within themselves, before moving into Reiki and integrative energy healing.
Ideal for: older children and teens experiencing emotional overwhelm, anxiety or stress, friendship or school difficulties, family changes, grief, self-esteem challenges, recurring emotional patterns or those who simply have more they need space to express.
BOOK A 45-MINUTE CHILD/TEEN SESSION
Soul Alignment for Teens — 60 Minutes
$180 in person | $190 remote
For teenagers with more to unpack emotionally, my full 60-minute Soul Alignment offers greater space for therapeutic exploration alongside integrative energy healing.
Teenagers are navigating an extraordinary developmental period — identity, friendships, relationships, family dynamics, school pressure, body image, expectations, belonging and the transition towards adulthood can all intersect at once.
This session gives them space to explore what is happening beneath the surface without judgement.
We begin with therapeutic conversation and emotional exploration, gently identifying the feelings, triggers, patterns or experiences contributing to what they are carrying. The session then moves into Reiki and intuitively guided energy healing, with other supportive modalities incorporated according to their individual needs.
This option is particularly suited to teenagers who want to talk and be understood, while also benefiting from the grounding, relaxation and energetic component of healing.
Ideal for: teens navigating deeper emotional experiences, anxiety or overwhelm, relationship or friendship difficulties, family dynamics, grief, life transitions, self-worth, identity, recurring patterns or periods when life simply feels like a lot.

Remote Energy Healing for Children & Teens
For some children, home is where their nervous system feels safest.
A new environment, unfamiliar person, car journey or expectation of an appointment can sometimes add another layer of stimulation — particularly for highly sensitive or neurodivergent children.
Remote energy healing offers another option.
Your child can remain within the familiarity of their own environment while I conduct their healing remotely at an arranged time. Depending on their age and needs, they may choose to lie down and relax, listen to calming music, read, draw or simply continue quietly within their familiar space. They do not need to concentrate on the healing or “do” anything perfectly for the session.
For older children and teenagers choosing a session that includes therapeutic conversation, the talking component can be conducted remotely before moving into the energy-healing portion of their session.
Remote sessions can be particularly appealing for children who:
• feel most regulated within their own environment
• become overwhelmed by unfamiliar spaces
• experience sensory sensitivities
• find appointments or transitions challenging
• are exhausted or depleted after school
• live outside Sydney or internationally
• simply prefer receiving their healing from home
Following a completely remote child healing session, I can provide the parent with a brief summary of the areas I focused on and anything relevant that arose within the healing.
BOOK REMOTE CHILD HEALING SESSION
What Parents Often Notice After a Session
Every child's experience is individual, and healing can unfold differently from one child to another. Parents have shared observations of their children appearing calmer, more settled, emotionally lighter or more open and connected following their sessions. At times, I have also witnessed significant emotional release or a noticeable shift in the way a child presents before and after their healing.
For some children the change is subtle — a greater sense of ease, a softer energy or simply being able to settle. For others, the emotional shift can feel much more noticeable.
I don't promise or expect a particular outcome. What matters to me is creating a space where each child can be supported as an individual and where their emotional, energetic and nervous-system needs are met with compassion rather than judgement.

"A child is a beam of sunlight from the Infinite and Eternal,
with possibilities of virtue and vice, but as yet unstained."
~ Lyman abbott
