I am a Reiki Master, intuitive energy healer, Holistic Counsellor, Yoga & Meditation teacher, spiritual guide, sound healer, crystal healer and member of the International Institute of Complementary Therapists and a 350 hour registered yoga teacher with Yoga Australia. I am deeply devoted to helping you on your journey of healing and ascension ~ to awaken your heart to your true potential and to find LOVE, harmony, balance and rejuvenation amidst the stresses of life.
In addition to my Reiki Masters qualification, I am qualified in Holistic Counselling, Meditation Teaching, Sound Healing and I have also completed two Diplomas and therefore I am also a certified Angel Healing Therapist and Crystal Healer. I am a qualified Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga teacher having completed many yoga and meditation teacher training courses to enrich my knowledge and embodiment.
I was told from a young age that I have healing hands and I am passionate about my calling to share this universal healing energy to facilitate mental, emotional, physical and spiritual healing for others. I am on the twin flame journey and therefore divine love and heart opening work is one of my specialties ~ healing heart hurts, love for yourself, and deepening relationships and love connections with others.
I am intuitive, compassionate and caring and I hold a safe and nurturing space for my clients ~ a sacred sanctuary for holistic healing; connecting to your inner self, releasing all that doesn't serve you, rediscovering your innate power and finding peace within.
You will feel lighter, more balanced and refreshed during and after your healing and holistic therapy sessions with me. I have witnessed huge changes in my client's everyday lives from their willingness to allow me to hold space for their healing as they undergo transformation from the inside out!
I have been amazed at the powerful benefits of using intuitively chosen Tibetan sound therapy bowls and crystals to help clear blockages (negative energy) in my clients’ chakras during my healing sessions. Everything is so interconnected! I often receive intuitive messages from the angelic realm, which can provide insight and clarity for my client’s individual journeys. I also use oracle cards for spiritual guidance as I find my clients are always given what they need to help them in this moment.
Besides my passions... energy healing, crystals, essential oils, oracle cards, yoga and anything to do with mind, body and spiritual development, healing and ascension; I love meditating, spending time in nature, my two cherished little boys, their dad whom I have an incredibly respectful and supportive co-parenting relationship with and our cute puppy Gypsy!
