My Reiki healings help to restore the strength and free flow of vital life force energy through the body which allows the mind, body and spirit to come into its natural state of love, peace, healing and restoration. My intuitive guidance session will integrate extended holistic talk therapy where we work out the current blockages in relation to your situation and what you can do to move forward with ease and grace. This may include releasing negative thought patterns, unconscious self sabotaging behaviours, inner child healing, trauma healing, generational cycle release. I will give you practical tools for you to integrate into your daily life for your healing.
